DATA ENHANCEMENT - CASS / DPV® / LACSLINK ®, with SuiteLINK ®

CASS / DPV® / LACSLINK ®, with SuiteLINK ® are four essential U.S. Postal Service® processes used to increase the quality of your address data. This in turn improves deliverability. It also is a required step in qualification for USPS® presorts, saturation, and automation discounts. This process is used when preparing files for additional matching or consolidation services. Providing a standardized address format across numerous lists increases a more efficient matching process.

CASS™ (Coding Accuracy Support System) standardizes addresses into the standard USPS® format, adds the five digit ZIP, ZIP + 4® codes, delivery point and carrier route codes.

DPV® (Delivery Point Validation) will indicate whether a ZIP + 4® coded address is a deliverable address, currently represented in the USPS® updated USPS® National Address File. We will assign a code to every address in your database so that prior to mailing you will know which addresses are deliverable and which are not.

LACSLINK ® (The Locatable Address Conversion System) (LACSLink) is a USPS® database of converted addresses that primarily arise from the implementation of the 911 system. 911 address conversions normally involve changing rural-style addresses to city-style addresses, but in some instances conversions may result in the renaming or renumbering of existing city style addresses. LACSLINK® reduces undeliverable mail by providing the most current address invormation for matches made to the LACSLINK® file.

Do you need a required CASS™ certificate - PS Form 3553? If so this process will provide you with the required PS Form 3553.
