«« FONTS »»
Fonts in your artwork need to be converted to outlines, curves, or embedded (flattened). This will eliminate the chance of fonts not displaying correctly and not printing the way you intended.

«« BLEED »»
All artwork submitted must include 1/8" bleed around your entire document and be cropped down to size. This will enlarge the document size you submit by .25 inch (1/8 on each side) and will be cut off after printing. The bleed is the area outside your printed image. This allow's the printer to be able to guarantee that your printed piece will (if cut a fraction to the left or right) be finished at the correct finished size.

«« RESOLUTION »»
Images such as photos in your artwork must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch). Images that have a lower resolution may print pixelated or fuzzy.
NOTE: Images taken from the internet often have a resolution of only 72dpi and will very rarely print well.

«« COLOURS »»
Offset printing uses a CMYK colour format (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). The colours on your screen are RGB colours (red, green, blue). Some RGB colours that appear on your screen can not be printed in CMYK, and will look quite different to the final printed product. Keep in mind when viewing PDF/JPEG proof files that colours will differ from the final product.

Please keep all text and important images (images that do not bleed) an additional 1/4 inch inside the final cut line. This will ensure your image and text will be centered on your piece and much more pleasing to the eye.

«« RICH BLACK BUILDS »»
Please set your CMYK build as follows:
     C: 70%
     M: 40%
     Y: 20%
     K: 100%

Do not submit files in 400% black because it will cause offsetting.

«« BORDERS »»
Borders can make even the straightest cuts look crooked. We advise not using borders in your artwork.

«« 2 Color Artwork Specs: »»
Color: Please submit jobs as spot color. We cannot accept files in CMYK.

Jobs that do not bleed: We need at least 5/16 inch gripper between edge trim line and the image area on the top of your piece. Please submit files to exact cut size.

Jobs that bleed: Please leave 1/8th inch bleed outside final cut line along all edges that bleed.

Please make sure files are submitted as PDF format and 300 dpi resolution.
